had an appointment set a month ago show up and the desk assistant said to me oh we are trying to fit you in what the!!!!!! i made an appointment a month ago !!!!! but she did not hesitate to ask me to pay before i was even seen😩😩😩i also never got a call confirming my appointment that was made IN PERSON a month ago!!! this is crazy !!!
Dr. Aluoch has been the best. He is very thorough and caring. I believe he very knowledgeable. I honestly feel very blessed to of found him. He has helped some of my symptoms and I've only seen him twice. There need to be more doctors like him.
Dr. Alouch and his staff is caring and empathic. They take the time to listen and address the concerns. Lenora and Carla are AMAZING! If a message is left on MyChart they always provide a quick response. Dr. Alouch always make sure follow up with labs and test result or simply how you are feeling if you having and issue. I appreciate the hard work and dedication. I'm grateful I am able receive the care under this team.
