It is always clean , all the staff is always kind courteous and respectful, and there has never been a long wait before being seen

Almost killed my grandson with a ruptured appendix. PA said it was a stomach virus she just got over.
We absolutely love our pediatrician—she is fantastic with our children and always provides thoughtful, compassionate care. Our kids feel comfortable with her, and we trust her expertise completely. Unfortunately, the rest of the office experience has been consistently frustrating. We’re told to arrive 15 minutes early, but on multiple occasions we’ve had to wait an additional 15–40 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. We saw one of the nurse practitioners and She was very thoughtful and took her time with my daughter, answered all my questions on what to do next! Definitely will recommend seeing her again :)
