My care team has been amazing. The first time I ever had surgery and they were great. Sitting at home right now feeling amazing the day after surgery. Dr. Heinlein is the best. Humble, but confident and very descriptive. I also didn’t feel rushed at any time! I’ve never been a big “Piedmont Fan”, but this team is changing my attitude towards them.

The whole appointment was very much so rushed. Dr.Parti Didn’t acknowledge any of my concerns, and she would try to finish my sentences. Do not recommend going here as you can tell by the Other reviews .

Imagine dealing with back pain for weeks because the only available appointment was weeks away, then they wait until the day of the appointment 45 minutes before your appointment to tell you they don’t accept your insurance! No regard for others & highly unprofessional. Front desk clerk was not at all welcoming or inviting seemed as if she were being bothered having to deal with a patient RUN crawl walk do whatever you have to to get far away from this place!

If you can find somewhere else to be treated you should. That will save you so much time and frustration. I’ve come to this place several times and the wait time with an appointment is outrageous! I’ve had to wait between 1-2 and half hours to been seen, after my appointment time. There is no consideration for your time. I called in advance to make sure they would be in time today since they are always late and they lied and said they were on time.
