I have had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist at this office. On more than 5 occasions , I have witnessed Black women being spoken to with disrespect, unnecessary attitude, and impatience. Instead of being treated with kindness and professionalism, they are often given a hard time and made to feel unwelcome. A medical office should be a place where every patient is treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race.
