I usually do not write negative reviews, however this place is definitely deserving of one. We had called ahead and set up an appointment only to be turned down by the doctor after driving over 30 minutes to see her… Such behavior is incredibly unprofessional and misleading.
Our family had a disappointing, confusing visit at Piedmont Physicians in Monroe, GA. I made our daughter an appointment online at My Chart and got confirmation. We arrived and the office staff said 4:30 appointments were for video health only. Later, she said Sarah Elizabeth Smith could work us in. Last, she said since our daughter was a new patient, she couldn’t see her today, and would have to reschedule the appointment. This was after we waited in the lobby. In December 2021, I was referred to Dr. Laing by another patient. I had been seeking a new primary physician who was conveniently located since my current doctor, whom I had been seeing for over 25 years, retired.
