I love this office. From front office staff to Medical Assistants, lab technicians, and especially Erica Payne, NP. Erica treats you like she would treat her family and is committed to giving you the best care possible. My experience with her is she is always on time with her appointments and gets you in and out of the office with minimal wait time. Highly recommended Piedmont Healthcare.
Erica is incredibly attentive and easy to talk to, showing genuine care for me. She makes me feel that my health is important to her. I believe she and the entire staff deserve a raise!
