super nice office...very clean...gives you a print out of your diagnosis, and the meds you're taken and should stop taking....super cool..Dr. Lowman was nice and patient....Lexi got me an appt the same day, however she needs a couple of customer service skills trainings...nasty disposition...the young lady who checked me out was very nice....overall it was an ok experience for the first time.
This review is strictly for the Piedmont staff. I've seen Dr. Lowman for years when he was with Wellstar. His former office staff was always very kind, professional, and competent. This Piedmont group is awful. Ever since the very first appt I made, where it was cancelled without notifying me, there has been some issue. They always have some sort of excuse. Wonderful urgent care
I have seeing Jonathan Lowman MD for years, he is very professional and easy to communicate with. I have just taken my mother to see Dr. Sharon Tuckett MD to find that she was super pleasant and took the time her time with my mother to explain all her medicine and gave us great advice. The staff is very friendly with welcoming smiles. The offices are super clean, really just the best atmosphere.
