i’m not sure why Google is showing my husband‘s name, but my name is Tracey Mayes and I’ve been a long-term patient of Dr. Groover. I’ve never had a bad experience since I’ve been with her and I’ve been with her many years. Her staff is always pleasant and friendly, and I look forward to seeing them.
Dr Groover cares about her patients. She asks questions and listens to you. I never feel rushed and the staff is very good as well
Scheduled appt through online portal. Received a call the day before my appointment saying they couldn’t see me at that time because the Dr “doesn’t do 4:30 appts”. Requested to reschedule, and suggested they update the portal so that others don’t run into the same issue. the receptionist began to get an attitude, hung up on me, and canceled my appointment.
