The whole practice went down within this current week. I called Friday (left a message) and haven’t received a call back since and it’s Tuesday. When you get a staff member they refer you to the clinical staff and the phone just rings to another answering system in which you CAN NOT leave a message on. I‘ve been coming here for over 10 years. I’m sad.

Been going here for years and they are always so friendly and helpful.The only thing i dislike is the process of leaving a voicemail or trying to get ahold of someone.
Dr. Chapelle is a awesome Doctor, she's patient, smart and very understanding even when I feel like I'm being a burden she always let me know that MY CONCERNS are not a burden to her!! When the Doctor I was seeing there left with NO notice I was very disappointed but Dr. Chappell has been awesome! By the way...Yes it's hard to get an appointment I ran into the same issue and almost changed locations, but keep in mind that if a Doctor is great they're going to be inundated with patients because we love her!
