Atmosphere is always nice with respectful staff.
Very comfortable, professional environment. Very friendly, competent staff. My visit was perfect. Nobody wants to see a doctor, but you will want to come back here.
Today I saw Heather Andersen because I had a bad ear ache. I stayed up all night the night before because my ear was aching. I was so relieved when a nice receptionist scheduled me for an 11:30 appointment. Heather was kind and knowledgeable. She sent a couple of prescriptions to the pharmacy and I already feel better. I try to do my part in being a good patient, but when I needed help today they were totally there. I am thankful to have them as my team!!!!
This group of people are always kind, caring and compassionate; as well as being professional!
I love this practice. I drive an extra 15 miles to go here versus other doctors in Athens because this practice is efficient and cares about YOUR time as a patient; something I think most Doctors offices have forgotten.
