I was having terrible back pain caused by my sciatic nerve. I knew that I had a tilted uterus and wondered if it was causing the pain. It was suggested that I see Dr. Sharon Hodges. I had seen her years ago and didn’t know if she would remember me. She did! Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. The receptionist is very rude. I called to ask a question and she insisted that I had never been to the office because she could not find me in their system. I had to look up the exact date of my last appointment through my insurance company before she eventually tried to find me in the system again. Then, my prescription was entered incorrectly and I was prescribed the WRONG medication. It cost me $70 (my correct prescription is completely covered by insurance) and ma... read more

Front office not very helpful, actually rude....as your first contact with a group you would think they would be more attentive to your needs!
