I am leaving a one star because I have been trying everyday for almost 2 weeks trying to schedule an appointment. No one ever answers no matter if I call when they first open or wait atleast 2 hours. One time someone did come to phone but put me on hold for 20 minutes then I just hung up. Smh. I have been to this location with a family member and they are not that busy where no one cant answer the phone.
Not sure if this is the Norm, but went to this Covington location in Jan 2026, had take day off to do so. While there, no labs was did, just a comment that I'd get a review THREE months later in April. Soooo,,, I took the day off, driving a great distance, just to hear "we'll let you know something in 3 months"? Because if this is standard, Other Endocrinologists would be doing it this way as well.
I had a MRI last month and no one has reached out to let me know my results. I have called over 6 times and even went to the location to leave a message.. NOTHING! I call to schedule and appointment to speak with someone.. no answer.. this is the worst experience ever. Then they respond via message on my chart saying the doctor called me ONCE and I didn’t answer… mind you this was AFTER I’ve left several messages and when they called no one left a message or anything.. my response to that insensitive message “They called one... read more
I'm old and I can get testy but the doctor and nurse were extremely patient with me and answered my questions.
While Dr. NALI is a pleasant doctor, ai was extremely disappointed after waiting 3 months for an appointment. I research myself and went in with questions that she could not answer. She would not let me try Armour for my thyroid. She wants me to stay on Levothyroxin which has studies stating it causes Osteoporosis. She claims that only happens if you take too much! She didn't check selenium, zinc or iodine levels which all greatly affect your thyroid! Her other patients obviously don't realize any of this! I was extremely di... read more
