Made a very important appt and nobody told me that you moved locations. And no follow up call or anything. I had to call them and they still couldn’t give me any directions to the new place. 0/10 this place SUCKS

I really respect Dr. Martin and I think she’s one of the best. However, lack of communication from the new office is becoming very upsetting. Firstly, my scheduled appointment was pushed back twice to about a month from the first scheduled appointment. I was seen last Thursday and a prior authorization was sent for medication. On Wednesday of the next week my insurance company informed me that they had asked the office for more info but never got a reply so they closed the authorization.
