Billing department took 3+ months to tell me their decision on the dispute regarding the bill. Charged me a CPT code of 45-59 min visit when the procedure itself took less than 2 mins. The ‘specialist doctor’ did not even see me, there were no referrals, prescribed meds yet I was charged $700 after insurance. It’s like they intentionally try to delay working on dispute so that by the time it hits closer to collection process (3+ statements) patients would be panicked and pay whatever is due. When i had my surgery. The nursing staff were so so amazing!! I could not have asked for any better they were phenomenal. Dr Amrani is an excellent doctor. Surgery is always stressful but Dr Amrani and the nursing staff made it 100% better. I wish I could rate them 10 stars..
