I have been using this practice for many years. This last appointment was not the same. Check in and check out we’re not concerned with patient, not polite, close to rude, taking to each other as I waited. The Dr doing exam is great. The nurse was pleasant. Both Dr and Nurse have been there a few years. Tech doing mammogram tried to be friendly. But really hurt my breast, I don’t believe she had me in the correct position smushed my breast. Dr Jean-Louis is very professional and an outstanding surgeon. He has always taken the time to answer all my questions and concerns about my procedure. He went over a lot of information hubby and I needed to understand exactly what we were facing and explained every step of the process. I’m very glad Dr Jene-Louis is taking care of my medical issues.
Dr. Jean-Louis was very professional and extremely thorough doctor. He went above and beyond for me and my medical situation. He even called the doctor who referred me for more clarification. Thanks to him l received the correct diagnosis and a better way forward for my treatment. He is one of the best breast surgeon in his field. Thank God for this caring and thoughtful doctor. I would have been in a terrible situation without his expertise.
I highly recommend Dr Jean-Louis and his team. He put me at ease regarding my concerns and next steps. Farther from me but worth traveling to get the care you deserve.
Dr. Jean Louis is so kind, funny and very knowledgeable about breast cancer. He spent a lot of time with me explaining all of my options! His bedside manner is outstanding!!
