Steve Napier My Father is bed ridden and we came in with a transport from VA. The lobby was clean and the receptionist were very professional and very nice. However when we went to the assessment room and spoke with the nurse everything turned bad. She was under the impression that we were there for a urinary tract infection which was apparently written down in the computer wrong however it also said that we were there as a new patient. Do not deserve the one star, would not let me continue without. Arrived at 11:00 a.m. and found door locked with note they are closing at 12 with only 1 doctor. Not what internet net said or still saying. 4:00? No wonder you are rated 2 and ahalf Stars overall!
