F you need FMLA for medical issues, Dr. Jack Saltz is not the doctor you want to see. He refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork for my diabetes. I had two other doctors that approved my FMLA with no problem approving. I will NOT BE VISITING HIM AGAIN
From arrival to departure, the staff at Piedmont Austell was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jennifer has a wonderful bedside manner—she made me feel so comfortable throughout my visit. I’m so happy to have found this office and truly appreciate the care and professionalism they provide. Highly recommend!
