Saw Dr. Breckwoldt for 10 years, then continued with him when he moved to this facility. He was great the entire time, but when he retired they transferred me over to Dr. Stocks, who was very unprofessional, and treated me very poorly over a misunderstanding. The nurses, and staff were great, but I highly do not recommend Dr. Stocks, if seeing anybody at this facility.
I have never had any issues with Piedmont physicians, my care, or the service I receive in Austell. Although, I find it very frustrating and inconvenient using the new automated Piedmont Assistant when calling to make an appointment or refill only to be transferred to an actual person and being told my prescription cannot be filled on the same day and that they have up to 72 hours to process the refill, even if I am out of my medication. Very disappointing.
Yall need to let people leave video reviews. This place is PHENOMENAL!!! First off they were soooo kind from the get go. Second I'm paralyzed from a spinal cord injury so I can not control my bodily functions and of course as I'm meeting Dr. Bernade and her nurses Gwen and Barbara for the first time, I crap all over myself and all they did was say we got you, how can we help????
