I was nervous coming here after reading the reviews but I can honestly say that this is a great location! I scheduled my annual checkup with Dr Richards-Boyd and everyone was so kind to me. Taryn walked me in and was nice and funny! Dr Richards took her time asking me questions about my background, my family history, and even pulled information from my previous insurance and discussed next steps for me getting some referrals. UPDATE: After reaching out to management and to corporate at the (incorrect) email that they replied with below, this has gone absolutely no where and I have been given the cold shoulder. Awful, awful practice full of terrible morals. If you’re thinking “oh the reviews are bad, but i won’t have a problem. Ive never minded before” you’re wrong.
