I can NEVER get them on the phone, it rings until it cuts off and I call agin this has happened for the last 7 months. I can’t call for an appointment or cancel an appointment I have to physically go there and wait in line to get any results. I won’t be back.
I called in July 2021 for as new patient appointment. They requested medical records faxed to them, which I did. Few months down the road apparently no medical records have been obtained. I have been asked to reschedule that appt. again for December 2021 and have been rescheduled again for January 2022 because the doctor is new (Dr. Paula Waddy) and it still getting situated. I was forced to change doctors when my doctor got married and moved to Atlanta. She was an amazing physician. Yesterday I had my second appointment with my new doctor Dr. Paula Waddy she is a true physician. Takes time listening as well as questioning. She approaches from a whole health approach asking what I eat, how we cook our meals, what my schedule is like. If you are looking for a great local health care provider I highly recommend her. Be a patient patient...she takes her time with people so you may have a little wait... read more
Sometimes they get behind where you could possibly sit in the waiting room for 1 hour or so! Urgent Care doesn't even take that long of a wait to be seen. Enter at your own risk!
