Took my kids once and that was enough for me! The owner (who wasn’t even there, nor had seen, met or even previously talked to me or my kids) said some very unprofessional and extremely rude remarks about me, not realizing her nurse had her on speaker phone. If that’s how you’re gonna behave towards someone you have never spoken with or even seen as a patient or about their parents, I would hate to see when something is actually serious is discussed!
