We don't generally have issues getting a same day sick appointment (except on weekends). But I think the scheduling system needs "gaps" or the doctors need to be taught that patients aren't impressed they can finish an appointment super fast (some of their doctors' fast speed talk reminds me of an auctioneer). Especially when they do things wrong trying to be speedy - my daughter's prescription was first sent to the wrong pharmacy and then the prescription directions were written wrong. So, please avoid this place if you can, I'm new in the area, and it has been so unpleasant to be part of this place, 1st. Terrible rude front desk people, really I'm shocked! If you dare to make a complaint, they are going to block your calls in the future. I can’t call them, even when I'm calling for my daughter lab results. Looks like this place is running by middle school mean girls. Shockingly rude front desk staff and when I tried to inform the office manager of it, I was told the staff are encouraged to “defend themselves” and she “didnt hear the conversation that occurred and can’t validate what I’m saying” and that she sides with her staff. They are also “understaffed” and won’t provide nurse calls or triage anymore. Good luck with all that.
