After my sons peditrician closed his business and moved out of state he referred us to Pedmont Pediatrics, Dr Burgess and he has been with her ever since and we have had nothing but good service since going there and if she is not available, the other doctors in the office fill in I have not had any problems with any of them. She is a very good doctor and I am very satisfied with her and the service received.

I have 2 nephews whom I take care of . They have been with this practice and dr burgess since birth. (9yrs ago) . I am so impressed with Dr Burgess and the quality of care . She is a very easy going and doesnt try to impress anyone and sincerely loves children.... She has always address any issues with my nephews at the time of the issue and you never have a long waiting time. I am just truely thankful for the whole staff and the quality of the treatment you get soon as you walk in the door ...

After being dissatisfied with my daughters first pediatricians, I decided to "shop around" for new ones. I am thankful that I found Piedmont Pediatrics. Drs Pollock and Burgess and Andrew Gulledge, FNP are excellent. In fact the entire staff is great!!There is not an extensive waiting time in the lobby or in the exam room which is a big plus for any parent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
