My appointment 5/1/26 with Dr W. Jeff Shi went very well. From the front desk to his assistant they all were welcoming with a professional friendly attitude. Dr. W. Excellent practice.  Long time patient.  Referred to practice by our personal family Physical Therapist Paul Mattson of Venture Physical Therapy to Dr Symbas excellent of course.  Entire staff extremely strong.  Saw Dr Fowler today for 1st time.  He’s awesome too.  Listens, is knowledgeable, personable, respectful & great clinician in every way.  How do they do it? They care about their patients.  Everyone always smiling respectful, professional and compassionate.  You couldn’t find a better orthopedic practice.

My Appointment (that I had made 1 mos prior) was cancelled by the doctor a few hours before my appt bc he had emergency surgery. Ok…that’s understandable. However they did not bother to work me in asap…they told me they could give me another appt…in a month! No apologies. Asked to speak to office mgr…left 2 msgs and sent email…a couple wks later…still no call or reply. Very Poor service.

The staff is very friendly. It's like visiting friends everytime I go. Dr. Bell listens to your needs and concerns and addresses them . He has your best interests at heart. You feel that you're in good hands.
