Excellent bedside manner. Made me very comfortable before and after surgery. Educated me re surgical procedure. Great surgical experience and outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Shi and Ron Johnson, his physician assistant and his entire team.
Today I arrived at the office All the staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile. My visit went well. Dr. Shin spoke with me and was very concerned about my pain levels and advised me on the best solution. Overall excellent doctor and care about his patients.
Arriving for my morning appointment the receptionist was rude and left me at the front desk to finish her personal conversation. Voice loud towards me. I received a text thinking it was my appointment and stated let me check my text from them. She became agitated with me and left me at the front desk. She could have taken a few minutes to assist me. I cancelled my upcoming . A co-worker called her to assist me.
Dr Shi displayed excellent attention to even the smallest detail of my physical condition before and after surgery. He took time to listen, clearly wanted what was best for me, as his patient. Best of all, the surgery was a huge success. No more hip pain, back to normal life after just 3 months Thanks Dr Shi
Dr. Shi is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He came highly recommended by the surgeon who performed my right total hip replacement 3 years ago in FL. When it was time to get my left hip replaced, I was considering going back to FL since I had such a great outcome. I decided to at least meet Dr. Shi and I am so glad I did.
