Dr. Wimbush has scheduled me appointments and then nobody knows why I’m there when I arrive. I also came in her office crying uncontrollably because I am in excruciating pain from my lower back to my foot. They are recommending surgery but I have had several surgeries in the last couple years, including a kidney transplant. So I’m traumatized and don’t want to cut on my back yet. Dr. Wimbush is very caring, professional and effective. She has pleasant bedside manners, I never felt rushed in her presence, she answered my questions and gave me good suggestions. After reviewing my ct scan and MRI, she recommended hip injections and I got the procedure done, which I am very glad I did. I would highly recommend Dr. Wimbush to my family and friends. She is Excellent at what she does.
Dr.Wimbush was amazing, she explained everything thoroughly to me. I did three injections with her and they were amazing results. Unfortunately I had to do surgery because I had collapsed disc so the injections didn't fully help with all the pain. I have been recommending her to everyone I know who has pain.
I had an problem two weeks prior to my injection. Wrong location of pharmacy ( twice) I called to speak to the supervisor or the office manager. I left my name and phone number, No one called me and when I went for my shot on 8/2 no one ask to verifying what was going on. IT was like nothing happened. They need customer and communication relationship. Also after injection isn't nurse supposed the to see your ride put you up? I could have lied, telling u my ride was outside.
