Fidgety and fast talking throughout every visit with him. He tries to answer your questions before you can finish asking in a rushed, know it all kind of way. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to pregnant women, left visits feeling unheard and disregarded. Attempted to file complaint on several occasions and left 5-7 voicemails with office manager and he never returned my calls. Eventually went 30 minutes out of my way to see Dr. Steven Blackwood in Marietta who was amazing at taking his time and validating my concerns!

I've had to utilize the services of Dr. B for two separate injuries. Both times he was honest with me and he gave me multiple options. The first time I had a severe ankle break. It was a very unique break and he sought the wisdom of 5 other professionals to get their opinion as collectively they had only seen the injury less than a dozen times. He gave me options. My husband began having excruciating pain in the back of his neck and down his arm. He saw Dr Francke on March 1. Dr. Francke was great as was his office staff. Dr. Francke understood the severity of my husbands pain and asked me to get him cleared with the ENT since he would have to go in from the front of his neck. He told me his scheduler would be calling and would get him in within the next week or so. His scheduler, Ann, never called so I called her. Dr. Belagaje and his nursing staff are amazing. They take the time to explain what's going on in an easy to understand manner. They are respectful and take their time. What I took stars off was for the records staff. You can forget getting paperwork completed for disability in a timely manner. I was told a week, then 5 days, and then 7-10 business days. Then they pretty much called me a liar and said they'd get to it when they can. I've never dealt with such rudeness and unprofessional attitudes before.
