First let me clear that this review is not about the doctors. We have seen Dr vekaria and Dr Brett. Both of them were marvelous and I wish I could continue to see them. It is about the office and their disorganization. I called them and told about my change of health plans. They checked and told me my insurance was accepted. Then, my wife arrived next day for an appointment and she asked again. They not only confirmed, but also checked our copay, charged it and asked us to wait for the doctor to call ... I have seen Dr. Bui, Dr. Stokes and PA Richard Benefield. All are very professional, knowledgeable and have helped me through several injuries. I highly recommend them and Piedmont Ortho Atlanta.
Great staff and excellent service
My wife and I have had experience with 3 of the docs here, and the physical therapy side, multiple times unfortunately . All have been good people to deal with when needed. Highly recommend this office.
Dr. Vekaria is a very caring and capable physician. He listens and doesn’t rush you. He’s just so nice!
