Amazing experience. Clean facility with excellent staff. Dr. Bowles is kind and informative.
The first appt we made dr Bowles was running 90 minutes behind. We got no courtesy call to inform us of this. So once I arrived we were forced to reschedule because we actually had other things we needed to do other than sit in the office for 3 hours. Flash forward to our rescheduled appt. Was told upon check-in that he is "running on time." I should've asked what their definition of "on time" is because it was almost another 90 min delay. Dr. Bowles is a very kind doctor! My mom had both knee surgeries done by him and he is very professional. He is also very caring and concerned towards his patients. Thank u so much for everything u and ur team has done for my mother!
