I had a very unprofessional experience at this office. This was my first visit scheduled at 3:07pm and I was there at 2:58pm and no one explained that there were two different buildings or told me which building I needed to go to. Better communication would have prevented a lot of confusion. The receptionist, Krystal, and her manager, Christine, were both unprofessional and lacked courtesy. I really liked the staff and the doctor.
Excellent service at this clinic. Very efficient, polite, friendly staff from check-in to nurses to doctor. All were very well spoken, listened to me, had positive attitudes, etc.
I posted this previously. Everyone at this office front desk administrative personnel, nurse, X-ray tech are very professional and polite. Dr. Ian is phenomenal. He is patient, understanding and knowledgeable. This is an awesome office.
My visit today was professional and great concern and care was shown related to my back pain, thank you!
