What stood out the most to me was first the beautiful office and the wonderful staff late the McDonough location. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Dr Porter took all the precautions to make sure that everything that i told him that was hurting was well looked at and into. He is very detailed oriented and very knowledgeable of his job. Update. Nothing has changed. Excellent Doc! Dr. Porter was recommended by a previous Ortho Atl Piedmont Fayetteville Orthopedic surgeon as she was leaving the practice after a long successful career. This review comes only a week and a half after surgery with much recovery ahead. After reading Dr. Porter’s notes of the surgical process and what he did for over 7 hours I was absolutely amazed and awed at how talented and knowledgeable he is. Wow. Truly a gifted surgeon!
