Honestly first Dr in a very long time to listen and show true care
I’ve been meaning to do this review for sometime , after finally feeling better Just got super busy with things I’d left behind, I’d like to thank Dr. Franklin and his nurse for such professionalism,Dr.Franklin’s bedside manner’s are certainly unmatched!!!! I was extremely concerned about having to have a epidural done after months of back pain that came out of no where! Several ER visits Scans, prior Orthopedic Dr. retiring , not being able to walk, bags of medication from primary Dr that was just putting me to sleep all in... read more
Dr Franklin has an excellent bedside manner. As a new patient to Piedmont, I was truly impressed by this and also his professionalism demonstrated by the fact that he'd taken the time prior to my visit to review xrays, scans and notes from previous Wellstar Dr's. He shared his insight about the notes and was engaged by taking notes as he listened to my concerns. I'm looking forward to placing my treatment to his care.
