Dr Franklin has an excellent bedside manner. As a new patient to Piedmont, I was truly impressed by this and also his professionalism demonstrated by the fact that he'd taken the time prior to my visit to review xrays, scans and notes from previous Wellstar Dr's. He shared his insight about the notes and was engaged by taking notes as he listened to my concerns. I'm looking forward to placing my treatment to his care.
Horrible time management. Have you waiting way past your appointment time. Don't make an appointment if you expect to be seen on time or close to your time.
