This has been the worst experience I have ever had. As a new patient nobody explained how to get in to the office. I tried to call the office and the phones was off. I check in on the portal to say I was here nobody call to see where I was. Once I finally found my way after walking on the side of a building I finally found the office only to be considered 10 minutes late and sitting in a waiting room for an hour or more to be called back.
