Dr. Payne is an excellent physician who genuinely cares for her patients. She provided exceptional care from diagnosis to recovery. I highly recommend her and her staff.
Dr. Payne was very personable and caring..takes her time and answered questions and explains your diagnosis in detail..her staff and the xray staff are friendly and kind
Dr. Diane Payne is absolutely awesome. Everyone in the office was top notch h. I recommend her office highly.
I do not recommend Dr. Payne. Terrible bedside manner, unkind, condescending and dismissive of questions and concerns. I should have trusted my gut after my first appointment, but I came back again and the second visit was even worse. If you need a hand/wrist specialist, go see Dr. Jones at the Fayetteville location. She is absolutely wonderful. Truly a night and day difference from my experience with Dr Payne.
She is very rude person not understanding!!! Me personally I didn’t care too much for her.
