I do not recommend Dr. Payne. Terrible bedside manner, unkind, condescending and dismissive of questions and concerns. I should have trusted my gut after my first appointment, but I came back again and the second visit was even worse. If you need a hand/wrist specialist, go see Dr. Jones at the Fayetteville location. She is absolutely wonderful. Truly a night and day difference from my experience with Dr Payne.
She is very rude person not understanding!!! Me personally I didn’t care too much for her.
Dr. Payne did my carpal and cubital tunnel surgery almost 3 weeks ago. From the moment I met her to the moment I had my sutures removed; it was a wonderful experience. The staff at the ambulatory surgery center at Piedmont Newnan were equally as wonderful. I don't have a negative thing to say about my experience and the recovery has been pain free (without the use of meds!). I'll be scheduling the opposite arm later this year.
Dr. Payne is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon with excellent bedside manners. She took the time to truly listen to me, thoroughly examine me, and clearly explain what to expect throughout my recovery and progress. I highly recommend Dr. Payne to anyone in need of a brilliant physician who truly excels in her craft.
