Good Afternoon, My visit at the Piedmont Orthopedics located at OrthroAtlanta Stockbridge has been a Phenomenal Experience. I pray that that whole department gets promotions. Good Afternoon, My experience at Piedmont Orthopedics located in the Stockbridge location has been a Phenomenal Experience. The Staff there is client friendly and lovable. I pray that the whole department gets a promotion on such great performance. I want to name several staff members. Matthew, Mclcinsie, Bess, Shayna,George, Super”Joe”,Dr. Rodriguez-Del Rio. I came today to see Dr. Sexton and was refused to be seen because I didn’t have $2.00 co pay. The front desk gentleman Saïd supervisor said I will not be seen if I don’t pay. I explained to them I’m homeless. This is an emergency this is what hospital told me to do. I went to Piedmont hospital Stockbridge on Sunday because I jumped off 4ft cement cliff at lake Lanier beach when I landed in sand something on my left side popped. Dr. Sexton has been very professional with me and did an excellent job on my surgery. It's been a pleasure having him as my doctor and I plan to return to him for any orthopedic procedures I may need in the future.
From the rescheduling of my appointment to the front desk staff, to the young ladies that assisted with the x-ray and executing the information on my paperwork, you guys were all outstanding. I appreciate your kind and helpful attention to my needs and I would like to say that it was an extremely pleasant experience visiting doctor Alonzo office today. Keep up the good work guys, trust me it’s Noticed and appreciated.
