My appointment was made within a week of getting the referral. At the appointment the staff was very welcoming and Dr. Crosland was very reassuring on what the next steps would be .
My first appointment I got a referral for physical therapy and a follow-up appointment four weeks later. Still in pain after four weeks of physical therapy. Dr agreed to provide cortisone shot but only after receiving approval from my insurance - Medicare and Tri Care for Life. Said someone would call me. Waited a week - no phone call. Dr Crossland has helped me through hip, knee & shoulder issues over the last number of years. I couldn't be more happy with his and his staffs professionalism and the results I've had under their care!
All of the personnel are nice, friendly, and efficient. Dr.Crosland has replaced both of my hips, and done an expert job. I never had a problem with my first one and the recent one I expect to be the same. :) He answered all of my questions. My daughter, son, husband and I all like him.
Dr. Crosland is absolutely top notch! I got injured last fall and needed my knee cap put back together. Piedmont Orthopedics was able to get me in very quickly. Dr. Crosland was kind, compassionate, friendly, and professional. I have been impressed with him and the team here at Piedmont Ortho through the whole process of evaluation, surgery, and post-op visits.
