I am 71 and had a fractured wrist from a fall onto cement. I've never had an injury my whole life and didn't know what to expect. So I was quite scared. Dr Gerald Ruff at Piedmont Physical Therapy in Cartersville, GA has done wonders with my injury! Been seeing him for approximately 6 weeks. I had a total knee replacement and the entire staff were so good to me and I'm not an easy patient to manage. They were kind, caring and most importantly knowledgeable! Dr. Maguire was excellent along with the physical therapy dept. including Tahjia, Liz and Jerry! I couldn't ask for better PT! I highly recommend their team for all your orthopedic needs! Thank you all!!!
Heather Finley PA-C was the first person I met at the office after not getting better she sent me over to Naman Goel for more advance treatment. Both were great along with the staff. They worked hard to get my insurance approvals for treatment and was able to fit me in quickly to the schedule.
I made this appointment for my back. Upon arrival they said it was for my knee. The medical tech then proceeded to say that the Dr I was to see doesn't specialize in the spine but the knee. I said I will make another appointment to be seen by who I should/need to see. The tech then left the room and the Dr that specializes in knees came in and then said the most generic thing that I already confirmed with them earlier so only confirming what I already knew from decades ago, none different. Such rude staff. Bad environment all around. As a heath care employee myself, I would never be caught treating people this way.
