My visit at this doctor office was one of the best I've had in a long . The doctor and his staff were very Professional, warm and kind.
This review is for the physical therapy billing office, not the doctors or physical therapists. My insurance pays for dry needling and the doctor put it in his orders. It is therefore considered "medically necessary" by my insurance company. I went to two other PT offices previously for this same chronic problem and I was never charged out of pocket for dry needling. Dr Travis Littleton, Dr Christopher Alexander and their team of orthopedic professionals are very kind and I feel trustworthy. They've been assessing nerve and joint damage in my wrist. They've been guiding me through possible treatment plans. Thorough explanations of what their doing and what they see in scans and screenings are very much appreciated. They clearly care about their patients.
