It was a great experience all around, from the ultrasound tech, to the visit with Dr Alvarez. The check in process was easy, the waiting rooms were clean, plenty of places to sit in two separate waiting rooms, and all of the office staff were so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I now have to have a D&C, but that's not their fault!
I had a very disappointing experience at this OB-GYN clinic. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and failed to provide proper guidance or communication about my care. As a result, I was referred to an MFM (maternal-fetal medicine) specialist unnecessarily — something that caused a lot of stress and confusion. Dr. Orfanakos is very knowledgeable . She attended me very well and provided the service which I was looking for. Reception ladies also helped my daughter to remain calm and happy when I was with the doctor. Nice facility for family.
