We are switching to Novant after this facility. Ultrasound tech was so sweet and kind. That was it. From there I had a 2pm dr apt with DR. Tamara Fox. after inquiring twice about the wait time she comes in 50 minutes late, absolutely no apology or explanation and immediately gives attitude. There was no bloodwork done, even though the nurse I saw before her made a comment about how she was surprised they haven’t done bloodwork yet. This is my third pregnancy and my third OB/GYN office with atrium. Go to Novant
Dr. Alvarez is amazing, easy to talk to, he listens and gives feedbacks and also ways to find solutions. He is a gentleman in all the meanings. The staff they are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about their work
Dr Alvarez and his staff are truly amazing. His bedside manner is awesome and he always explains things clearly. He really goes out of his way to make sure you understand his instructions and he has a great sense of humor. Today I had a pretty stressful procedure and he walked/talked me through it and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I am so grateful for his expertise and willingness to address my concerns and questions every visit I have. Thank you so much dr Alvarez!
As an expecting mother, I was incredibly disappointed by my experience. My anatomy scan is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, and I was looking forward to sharing it with my family. Instead, I was told that my 1-year-old daughter counted as one of the two allowed visitors, meaning my husband, our daughter, and my mother couldn't all be there to experience this special moment with me.
