This office has cancelled and rescheduled 3 of my 4 prenatal appointments. I've had to wait between 45 to 90 minutes before being seen at every appointment. Nurse did not know how to take heartbeat, and phlebotomist had to stick me several times and still didn't get a proper sample. Unfortunately, it's the only office that delivers to my local hospital.
I am shocked at some of these reviews. I have been going to Piedmont for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. DR. Northcutt is an amazing doctor and very knowledgeable and attentive. I have met many of the other doctors as I am 9 months pregnant and have had a lot of appointments. Never wait for my appointments and always receive amazing service.
I want to give a shout out to the BEST OBGYN doctor I have ever had in my life, Dr. Pillai is an AMAZING and caring doctor. I have been seeing her since I moved here in in 2010. I had recent surgery and she took such good care of me. She takes her time, answers all your questions and is so VERY thorough. It so refreshing to have a doctor that sincerely cares about your health and well being. DO NOT GO HERE! Staff is not professional and a lot of ghetto doctor assistants here. Nursing manager/supervisor needs to crack down on the staff to promote a professional environment.
