It's rare to have a good experience in an ER, let alone a great one.. all of the staff involved in my care were kind, patient, and understanding. I couldn't have been in better hands!
The only reason I am rating a 3 is because the Dr I saw really cared about what was going on with me and transferred me to a hospital where I could be properly treated for my problem. The nursing staff was rude, short, and got aggregated with you when asked a question on what was taking so long to speak to someone. I was there 8 hours before being transported to Piedmont Athens where I am finally getting the help I need!!
Treated me kindly all staff was top notch
Completely waste of time and money.. they acted if I was bothering them.
