I have been trying to get service since the beginning of December. I paid 2060.00 on February 3 for installation of my gas lines and tankless hot water. They ran the lines to my appliances and put the hot water heater on the wall on Feb 6 but didn't connect the plumbing. They were suppose to come back on Feb 9 to connect the plumbing but didn't show or call. I called back on the 13th and they said they would be back to finish the job on the 17th.
