easily the worst customer service experience i have ever had. They made a huge mess of my account, but wont take any accountability. So disappointing.
I have always had great service, immediate responses and courteous encounters.
Am I the only one receiving gouging prices? I live by myself and the charges are like I have a full house of people. Many people are starting a petitions against these companies that are taking advantage of their customers. Hopefully with enough people protesting and putting in writing they get toxic employees removed from this company.
