Home unit was blowing hot air instead of cold on a 100 degree day, so I looked for services that advertised quick turnaround. Called Piedmont number to request service, and the person who answered took down contact details and said they'd be over the next day. When asked roughly what time they said they'd call in the morning to give a time. I was happy to get this response and stopped trying to reach other providers even as we waited in the sweltering house. Tom from Piedmont Metro Heating and Air fixed my AC problem in a lightening speed this morning, he quickly identified the drainage pipe block problem which shut down the system and sucking the stuff out of the pipe, the AC is working again in 10 minutes. Tom is very professional and detailed and explained everything he did. He also gave me some recommendation in AC system maintenance. I strongly recommend Tom and Piedmont Metro for HVAC system repair and maintenance.
