After calling 35 HVAC companies all over town to get someone to come out the same day, Piedmont was the ONLY place that could come out same day! HUGE shout out to Matt the HVAC tech. He got here in 30 minutes to save the day and was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it asap! And to the owners of this company, Matt deserves a raise and/ or a promotion. Matt from Piedmont was very professional and VERY competent. He is a great representative of the company. He was able to diagnose my issue and repair it. He also installed a new thermostat in short order. Thanks Piedmont for correcting my heating issues before the coldest weather in years settles in.
