The staff and technicians are highly knowledgeable and friendly!
We recently had our unit go out. One call to Piedmont and I was assured someone would be out shortly. We were pleased with the tech and how polite he was. He diagnosed the issue and we needed a part ordered. He returned once the part came in and had us up and running. We were please with the whole experience! Great prices and great service!
My A/C went out in my home and I called several companies in the area in attempt to get a technician out to fix it. Either they were closed or booked while some didn’t answer the phone. I called Piedmont Metro and explained my situation to the secretary and told her I had a child here with medical issues and it was imperative that someone came out as soon as they could. I'm so impressed with Piedmont Metro. I finally have a/c and my family is happy. They had very reasonable pricing and wonderful service. Will call them and only them again.
