My name is Mike Quick & I receieved Excellent, Speedy & Friendly service today from this company & the technician Alex that came out & did my A/C repairs, ... all at a reasonable, fair price. Now my A/C upstairs is cooling like new, once again. I would highly recommend Piedmont Metro to anyone needing service, routine maintenance or repairs.

If I could leave no stars I would. There are not enough hours in the day to describe all the terrible things about this company. Robert is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. I had no choice but to use them as they were contracted by the granite company. TWO MONTHS later and the issue still hasn't been resolved. On five different occasions Robert set up appointments and was a no-show without any sort of call.
