If I could give lower, I would. Poor customer service. Office people are not helpful when you are standing in front of them or any other time. You can never get anyone on the phone despite calling various times throughout the day. When I went to pick up my equipment as a first time customer no one sat down and explained anything to me, but gave me paperwork to read and said to call if I had questions. Nonetheless, they won’t answer the phone or return calls to answer questions.

Need to train the people that answer the phone, how to be customer service oriented. A person that was described as being in charge of this office asked if I wanted my husband left without oxygen and the office had already been told he was with Hospice. There's a lot more to this conversation and they should be given the chance to reply. A problem that starts somewhere needs to be corrected by where it started.

Won't sell CPAP supplies directly, they told me they only deal through insurance. Which does no good when you are visiting from out of town and discover your cpap hose and mask got left 300 miles away on a holiday.

No one at this office seams to know what there doing . Every time you call even when you know your speaking to the same person they say you never spoke with me you will have a he'll of a time to get any thing done if you go with there edmonds group you will never get a hold of them they may never call you my doctors office has told me they have aent this office everything they needed to prosses the clame this office says they need mpre infomation when i call my doctors office to tell them what this office says & thwy call th... read more
