They were nice and polite. Very knowledgeable. Wished they would have called and told us the day before to bring machine.
If I could give lower, I would. Poor customer service. Office people are not helpful when you are standing in front of them or any other time. You can never get anyone on the phone despite calling various times throughout the day. When I went to pick up my equipment as a first time customer no one sat down and explained anything to me, but gave me paperwork to read and said to call if I had questions. Nonetheless, they won’t answer the phone or return calls to answer questions.
They won’t stop sending and billing me for supplies even when I called and asked them to stop.
