Shop manager/ foreman is hurting and can't come in time. I'm working on a Friday and they bring in the field crew to weld. The main welder there Eddie, doesn't want to weld. I'm helping Bill that needs to be shop manager/ foreman.

Worked for them once and the foreman and other guys were smoking pot during lunch. Otherwise typical contractor doing welding and other mechanical work.
