Very dismissive and doesn’t seem to accurately look at lab reports. Bedside manner is a basic requirement and skill in healthcare, but is also not a skill that they seem to practice. Additionally, staff seems to be hard to obtain as they’re talking, sleeping, or playing on their phones. When getting my blood drawn, the nurse failed to hold the needle in my arm, resulting in it shooting out and leaving a mess of blood. I've never met such disrespectful people in my life, every step of the way. Some of the most unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Wouldn't take my DOG to a piece of trash place like this after what I've experienced the last 2 times. These people shouldn't even be involved in any medical field whatsoever and if I knew how I'd make it my mission to have this place SHUT DOWN. If you value your family member or friend's life and well being, DO NOT take them to Piedmont of Thomson, GA.

I’ve been waiting to see a doctor for over 6 hours and 7 people came in after me have been seen and released. I’m in so much pain and no one at this hospital has any sympathy. Nurses are rude , hard to get someone to even answer a question. I hope I never have to come back here . Terrible terrible terrible service
