Very helpful and thorough!
Nothing like being put in a room and forgotten about. Almost three hours and no one came into the room to check on my daughter. The hospital was not busy. No ambulances. Staff was too busy gossiping. Didn't even notice us walking out.
Today, I went to have an ultrasound done. I had the pleasure of working with Savannah. She was absolutely amazing!! She listened to my concerns and she was so sweet and compassionate. I was very anxious and she really helped me through a very difficult moment. Savannah, thank you so much for your kind words. I will never forget it.
Should be 0 stars. The Nursing staff is rude, and incompetent. I spoke with a nurse trying to express that it was important for my daughter to get an x-ray for what I now know was multiple fractures in the wrist. She was sitting there for over an hour with her arm so swollen it looked like she may have needed the bone reset.... thank God she didnt. The nurse tells me "sir, we dont know if anything needs to be reset, because we havent done an x-ray yet", to which I respond "no kidding, get her an x-ray". She then proceeds to ... read more
