These people are very caring and actually listen to you. They treat the patient not the computer screen
I'm a new patient at this medical office....Upon my arrival when I came in to check in. I had to wait over 15 minutes cause one of the patients and staff rep was having a conversation. I'm like looking around and saying in my mind. I know you see me standing behind u.If you see me standing behind you.Please show consideration for people waiting to check in. During my check in at this office the front desk lady mentioned she had to ask a few “demographic” questions. I was asked where was I originally from & whether I was born in the United States or not. I’ve gone to other Atrium health facilities & have never been asked this question. Unsure if this is a new protocol but seemed unnecessary for medical care. Other than this experience, my doctor & medical assistant were wonderful, and answered all my concerns.
Hopefully they got rid of the old rude receptionist
Very pleasant first visit. The staff was excellent in job performance and Dr. Glendon Rougeou was very professional and addressed all my questions. He took his time to make sure my visit was successful. I’m so glad I found this establishment
