I only went twice, but that was enough to know this place is a rip off. Hard to get appointments, meaning they do not have enough PT's working. They tend to work 2 patients at the same time and if the person you are paired with is worst off than you they will get the majority of your therapists attention. Piedmont used to be so much better but now, they over schedule, hire surly support staff who I guess are not paid very well. Really disappointed.
I’ve worked with 3 of the PTs here and all have been so lovely. Lots of 1-on-1 time and wholistic rehab. Would definitely recommend!
Worst customer service!!! No consistent pricing!!! 100% higher than market price!! Bought thigh high for $123, five weeks ago and now they are asking $132 for knee high compression socks. A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!! I would NOT recommend to ANYONE!!!!!!

Joshua Lee is a magnificent and talented physical therapist. I’m a really big person and he is still able to adjust my spine and treat my muscles. He really took the time to locate and evaluate the problem areas. In just 3 sessions I’m back to doing most normal activities. I’m grateful for being referred to him by my primary care physician. The ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and nice too! Thanks guys.
