The staff at this location provide excellent customer service. While i was there I witnessed a true medical emergency and the staff was quick and thorough in their response working together like a well oiled machine in unison to help save a life. Competent and caring staff. Kudos to them.
Describe the place Very well
In order to get a refill of birth control, this office requires a yearly pregnancy test, and that sort of timing for testing doesn’t make sense. I was informed that this was their policy. It is understandable to do an initial pregnancy test before putting a patient onto a birth control, but after that it does not make sense to do yearly. If a patient is taking medication and there isn’t a lapse in the script there’s no need for a test.
